What people ask before hiring.
License, service area, estimates, permits and warranties — answered straight.
Are you a licensed contractor in Oregon?
Yes. SEB-RA Construction holds Oregon license CCB #252300. An active CCB license in Oregon requires a surety bond and liability insurance, and you can verify our standing anytime on the Oregon Construction Contractors Board website.
What areas do you serve?
The Portland metro area: Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Columbia and Yamhill counties.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and carry no commitment. Reach us by phone, email or the form on this site and we will look at your project.
What services do you offer?
Exterior construction: siding (insulated vinyl, Hardie Plank fiber cement, cedar), roofing (GAF and Owens Corning shingles, standing seam metal, TPO and EPDM membranes), decks (pressure-treated wood, cedar, Trex and TimberTech composite), soffit and fascia, window and door installation (Andersen, Pella, Marvin, Therma-Tru), and commercial siding.
Do you handle building permits?
Yes. When a project requires a permit, it is processed before work starts. Decks, for example, are built to the International Residential Code applicable in Oregon.
What happens with manufacturer warranties?
We install following each manufacturer's specifications so the material warranty stays valid, and you receive the warranty documentation and a record of the materials used when the project closes.
How long have you been in business?
Since 2016 — ten years of exterior construction in the Portland metro, on residential and commercial property.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. Every service page on this site shows real projects photographed before, during and after the work, plus video of crews on site.
Do you serve customers in Spanish?
Yes. We work with customers in English and in Spanish, from the first estimate to project closing.
